1. Finely crush KEEBLER GRAHAM ORIGINAL crackers. In medium bowl stir together cracker crumbs and 1/3 cup of the sugar. Add butter. Toss until combined. Reserve 1/2 cup of the crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F about 8 minutes or until set.
2. Place red and green cherries on paper towels to drain.
3. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and remaining 2/3 cup sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add milk, lemon peel, vanilla and almond extract. Beat until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until just combined after each addition. Stir in cherries. Pour over hot crust.
4. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350°F about 20 minutes or until almost set. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
*NOTE: Each cracker sheet measures about 5 x 2-inches and is scored into 4 pieces. **NOTE: You may use 1 1/2 cups chopped red maraschino cherries or 1 1/2 cups chopped green maraschino cherries instead of using two colors.
