1. Insert two pretzel sticks into center of three pieces of cereal. Repeat with remaining cereal and pretzels. Set aside.
2. Melt coating over hot water in top of double boiler, stirring constantly until smooth. Do not let water boil.
3. Dip cereal and pretzels into coating. Lift out with fork or tongs and tap on rim of pan to remove excess coating.
4. Place coated cereal on waxed paper. Decorate with sprinkles. Let cool. Store in tightly covered container.
