1. Break crackers into bite-size pieces. Line 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with foil. Lightly spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
2. On foil combine cracker pieces, oats, raisins and almonds. In small bowl stir together honey and margarine or butter. Drizzle over cracker mixture.
3. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking. Stir mixture. Cool completely. Store, tightly covered, at room temperature for up to 1 month.
*NOTE: Each cracker sheet measures about 5 x 2-inches and is scored into 4 pieces.
