1. In mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S Low-Fat Granola cereal and water. Let stand 5 minutes.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, the 3 tablespoons sugar, salt, cinnamon and yeast. Add cereal mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until thoroughly combined.
3. Place dough on floured surface and knead 2 minutes. Portion dough into 10 pieces. Roll each piece into 14-inch rope and shape into pretzel. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Let rise in warm place about 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
4. Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm.
