1. In small saucepan, cook onion and celery in shortening, over medium heat until soft, stirring frequently.
2. Combine bread crumbs, KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, seasonings, corn and liquid in large mixing bowl. Add cooked onions and celery, mixing lightly. Spread in 10 x 6 x 2-inch (1 1/2 qt.) glass baking dish or coated with cooking spray. Arrange pork chops over stuffing. Sprinkle with salt. Cover.
3. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until meat is tender and no longer pink.
