1. In a large sauce pan, melt margarine over low heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add vegetable broth and milk, stirring until smooth. Increase heat to medium and cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Continue to cook and stir 1 minute or until sauce begins to thicken.
2. Stir vegetable mixture and MORNINGSTAR FARMS MEAL STARTERS STEAK STRIPS into sauce.
3. Place one pastry crust in bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Fill with vegetable mixture. Top with remaining crust. Pinch edges closed to seal. Cut three one-inch slits in top crust.
4. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes for until crust is golden brown.
