1. In large saucepan, melt margarine. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix. Toss until stuffing mix is evenly and thoroughly moistened. Set aside.
2. Tear a piece of aluminum foil 4-6 inches longer than the chicken breasts. Lay the foil flat on a work surface and coat with oil. Sprinkle foil with salt and pepper. Butterfly each breast by slicing lengthwise with a knife, making sure not to cut all the way through the chicken. Place chicken breasts on foil.
3. Place about 1/2 cup stuffing in the center of each breast. Roll each breast up in the foil, twisting the ends to seal.
4. In a large fry pan over medium heat, cook chicken breasts in foil. Cover pan and cook for about 20 minutes, turning chicken breasts every five minutes. The chicken is done when the internal temperature is at least 165° F. Remove foil, slice chicken and serve immediately.
