1. In 4-quart saucepan, combine onions, green pepper, garlic, broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, thyme, cayenne pepper and bay leaf. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in rice, KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal and sausage. Cover pan and cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add fish and shrimp. Simmer 5 minutes longer or until seafood is cooked. Remove bay leaf and stir in parsley.
