1. Crush crackers into fine crumbs. Blend together 1 1/3 cups of the crumbs and melted butter. Press crumb mixture firmly against bottom and around sides of 9 inch pie pan. Bake crust 10 minutes at 350°F.
2. Combine ham, milk, eggs, salt, horseradish, onion, green pepper and mustard. Blend well. Pour into baked crumb crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup crumbs and continue to bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into wedges to serve.
