1. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix, sauerkraut, brown sugar and apples. Set aside.
2. Brown pork chops on both sides in fry pan coated with cooking spray. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in bottom of 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch (2-qt.) baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spoon stuffing mix mixture evenly over chops.
3. Bake at 350°F about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chops are tender.
