Heat oven to 350°F. Cook ham in water for 1 hour. Cool. Slice ham almost through, making 6 to 8 one- inch slices. Fry onion in butter or margarine until transparent. Pour chopped onion, cinnamon, salt, raisins and fruit into crumbs. Rinse fruit jar with about 1 tablespoon water, and add liquid to mixture. Toss to blend. Stuff mixture between the slashes in ham. Bring ends of ham together, and fasten securely with skewers to form a ring. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Garnish, if desired, with fresh orange slices, and serve with raisin sauce.
