1. Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan over low heat. Add onions and celery. Cook, stirring frequently, until softened, but not browned. Add water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix, tossing lightly until stuffing mix is evenly and thoroughly moistened.
2. If necessary, extend pocket in each pork chop to bone. Fill with stuffing mixture. Fasten edges with wooden picks. Place stuffed chops, flat side down, in shallow baking pan. Do not crowd. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover pan tightly with foil.
3. Bake at 350°F about 55 minutes. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes longer or until chops are browned, tender and juices run clear.
