1. Spread waffles lightly with mayonnaise, if desired. Place lettuce leaf, 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of bacon on each of 6 waffles. Top with remaining waffles.
2. Cut in half secure with toothpicks. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
CAUTION: Please remove toothpicks before eating.
