1. Grease a 9-inch by 5-inch by 3-inch pan. Crush crackers medium fine by rolling on sheet of waxed paper with rolling pin.
2. In medium-sized bowl, combine cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper, eggs, beef, sausage, horseradish, salt, milk, 1/4 cup of the catsup and mustard. Mix well and press into greased loaf pan. Spread top with remaining 1/4 cup of catsup.
3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Remove to heated platter, slice and serve hot or chill, slice and serve cold.
