1. Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender, but not browned. Remove from heat. Add KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix, tossing gently. Mix in milk. Set aside.
2. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Cut to size to fit around sides of six 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan or 6-ounce custard cups, coated with cooking spray, overlapping ends of fillets. Fill centers of cups with stuffing mix mixture. Brush with melted margarine.
3. Bake at 375°F about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. To serve, remove fish from pan and serve with Cucumber Sauce.
4. To prepare Cucumber Sauce, combine sour cream with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
