1. Using a large carving knife, slice 1-inch off ends of WORTHINGTON Meatless Smoked Turkey roll and carve out a hollow cavity. Work from both ends of the roll and create a hollow tube. Save scraps of turkey roll.
2. Saute celery and onions in margarine until tender. Stir in poultry seasoning. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until stuffing is moistened.
3. Stuff cavity of turkey roll and replace ends. Note: there will be extra stuffing left over for the next step. Secure ends with wooden picks.
4. Add scraps of turkey roll to remaining stuffing. Place stuffing around turkey roll in baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cover with foil.
