1. Place crushed KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix in shallow dish or pan. Set aside.
2. Measure 1/3 cup of the soup and 1/4 cup of the milk into second shallow dish or pan. Stir until smooth. Dip chicken in soup mixture. Coat with crushed stuffing mix. Place in single layer, skin side up, in shallow baking pan, coated with cooking spray or foil lined. Drizzle with melted margarine.
3. Bake at 350°F about 1 hour or until chicken is tender, no longer pink and juices run clear. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
4. While chicken is baking, combine remaining soup and remaining milk in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils. To serve, spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
