1. In medium bowl combine egg, celery, onions and jerk seasoning. Stir in cracker crumbs. Add turkey. Mix well.
2. In shallow baking pan pat mixture into 8 x 4-inch loaf. Bake at 350°F about 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
3. Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together spreadable fruit and mustard. Spread over loaf. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
