1. In medium mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, egg, milk and pepper. Mix well. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal softens.
2. Add ground beef and cheese to cereal mixture , mixing until well combined. Portion and shape into 1-inch meatballs. Place in single layer in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 400°F about 10 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven and immediately loosen meatballs from pan. Serve with Savory Onion Sauce over noodles, if desired.
SAVORY ONION SAUCE:
In medium fry pan, cook onion in margarine over low heat until tender. Stir in flour and pepper. Cook until bubbly and lightly browned, stirring constantly. Stir in soup and water. Increase heat to medium and cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Continue cooking and stirring 1 minute longer. Stir in sherry.
