1. In 3-quart saucepan, cook onions in 1/4 cup of the margarine over low heat until tender. Add KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix. Toss gently while adding stock. Spread stuffing mix evenly in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange chicken over stuffing.
2. In same saucepan in which onions were cooked, melt remaining margarine over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk, stirring until smooth. Increase heat to medium and cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Add eggs and parsley. Stir until combined. Pour over chicken and stuffing mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bake at 350°F about 30 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Let cool 5 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
