1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Beat together applesauce, sugar and eggs until smooth.
3. Stir in milk.
4. Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and add to applesauce mixture, stirring just until moistened.
5. Stir in apples and pour into 2-quart baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
