1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Mix dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
3. Combine milk, eggs and oil. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
4. Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly brown.
