1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Spray 7 x 11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Put potatoes in baking dish, pressing potatoes on bottom and along sides.
4. Layer ham on top of potatoes.
5. Whisk eggs, milk and salt together and pour over potatoes and ham.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until eggs are set.
7. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
