1. Cut grapefruit in half. Using a grapefruit spoon, remove each segment and as much juice as possible and place in bowl. If you don’t have a grapefruit spoon, use a sharp knife to cut around each segment to loosen and then scoop out with a small spoon. Squeeze any remaining juice into bowl.
2. Divide into 6 small bowls and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
