1. Cube bread and layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray
2. Layer ham and potatoes evenly over bread.
3. Whisk together eggs, milk and salt. Pour over potatoes.
5. Top with vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until center is set.
