1. Whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla.
2. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, cream cheese and sugar. Spread the cream cheese mixture on 6 slices of bread.
3. Arrange sliced berries over cream cheese and top with remaining bread slices.
4. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture and cook on griddle until golden brown. Carefully, turn and cook other side until browned.
5. Dust with powdered sugar or serve with maple syrup.
