1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Line the bottom of a greased 15 x 11-inch baking pan with parchment paper or waxed paper. Coat with cooking spray.
3. In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese.
4. Gradually stir in milk.
5. Add flour and salt. Mix until combined.
6. Add eggs and beat until blended.
7. Pour into prepared pan.
8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are puffed and set. Remove from oven.
9. Immediately spread with cheese, ham and onions.
10. Loosen egg from sides of pan with a knife and roll from short side, peeling parchment paper away while rolling.
11. Sprinkle top of roll with additional cheese.
12. Bake 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted.
