1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Place cereal in food processor or blender and pulse 4 or 5 times. Pour into large mixing bowl.
3. Add flour, baking powder, salt and butter to food processor and pulse until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Add to cereal mixture and stir lightly.
4. Cut orange in half. Remove seeds. Cut one of the halves in half again and place in blender with cranberries and brown sugar. Process until orange pieces and cranberries are small and chunky.
5. Stir in egg and yogurt. Add to cereal mixture and stir until soft dough forms.
6. Place dough on lightly floured surface. Gently roll in flour to coat. Shape into a ball and pat into 8-inch circle with floured hands.
7. Using a pizza cutter, cut circle into 8 wedges. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
8. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are lightly brown.
9. Zest other half of orange and add to powdered sugar. Squeeze juice from orange into powdered sugar and stir. Add milk, if necessary until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over warm scones.
