1. Set griddle to 375°.
2. Measure wheat and 1 cup milk into blender and blend for 4 minutes.
3. Add 1/2 cup milk, oil, eggs, salt, and sugar. Blend 1 minute.
4. Stir in baking powder.
5. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter per each pancake onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form around edges of pancake. Flip and cook on other side.
