For Cocoa:
1. Combine sugar and cocoa in small saucepan.
2. Add corn syrup, butter and evaporated milk. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture boils, stirring often.
3. Lower heat and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
For Pancakes:
1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt dry in mixing bowl.
2. Stir eggs, oil and milk together and add to dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
3. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot greased griddle. Cook about 2 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Turn and cook on other side another minute or so until golden brown.
4. To serve, place pancake on plate and pour Chocolate Sauce over top.
6. A dollop of whipped cream makes it even better!
