1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Coat 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Grate orange rind into butter.
4. Dip each biscuit in orange-butter mixture and place in baking dish, overlapping each biscuit slightly. Make 3 rows of 10 biscuits.
5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges start to brown.
6. Put remaining butter mixture in mixing bowl.
7. Squeeze juice from orange into sugar mixture and stir until smooth and creamy. Add milk, if necessary, to form a glaze consistency. Spread over hot biscuits.
