1. Chop strawberries, apple and kiwi separately in food processor to desired consistency.
2. Zest orange and squeeze juice into small bowl. Mix in brown sugar and apple jelly. Mix with fruit and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
3. Heat oven to 400°.
4. Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
5. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Lightly spray tortillas with cooking spray and place on cookie sheet.
6. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and cut into wedges with pizza cutter.
7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until browned. Dip in fruit salsa.
