1. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, coconut, pecans, wheat germ and all bran cereal.
2. In another bowl, mix oil, water, vanilla and salt. Pour over oat mixture and toss to coat.
3. Pour into two greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pans.
4. Bake at 275° for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
5. Add craisins or other dried fruit. Store in airtight container.
6. To serve, scoop 3/4 cup into a bowl and pour milk over top.
