1. Preheat skillet over medium heat while preparing eggs.
2. Whisk together eggs and water.
3. Coat skillet with cooking spray and pour in egg mixture.
4. Add ham, cheese, salt and pepper and stir.
5. Cook over medium heat, pushing eggs to sides of pan while letting uncooked portion run to center. Continue cooking until eggs are set.
