1. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add ham slices and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from pan and keep warm.
2. Add eggs, milk, spinach, salt and pepper in blender and process until mixture turns green and spinach is little specks. Pour into hot skillet.
3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
