1. Heat oven to 450°.
2. Combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in blender. Process for 5 seconds. Clean sides of blender and process for another 10 seconds.
3. Pour batter into greased muffin cups, about half full.
4. Bake at 450° for 25 minutes. Lower to 375° and bake for another 30 minutes.
5. Beat together butter, cream cheese, milk and vanilla until smooth. Add more milk if needed to make a thin glaze. Drizzle over pop overs.
