1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Place butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish until butter is melted.
3. Whisk together eggs, flour, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into baking dish.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
5. Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Add apples and brown sugar and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
6. Spoon apple mixture into puff and drizzle with caramel sauce. Dust with powdered sugar.
