1. Whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla in medium bowl.
2. Add flour, sugar and salt. Beat until smooth.
3. Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan and lift and rotate until batter coats bottom of pan.
4. Cook for about 30 to 40 seconds until edges start to turn brown. Carefully turn on other side. Cook for about 10 seconds. Pick up pan and turn upside down over plate so crepe will fall out.
5. Melt butter in skillet.
6. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
7. Add cream and cook over medium heat about 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
8. Add bananas and stir until bananas are coated with sauce.
9. Spoon filling on half of the pancake. Fold over and spoon additional sauce over top.
