1. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs in blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
2. Stir in flour, sugar and salt and mix until well blended.
3. Ladle batter onto hot griddle that has been coated with cooking spray. Cook until bubbles form around edges, then turn and cook on other side until golden brown.
4. To serve, place pancake on plate. Spread with whipped cream and fold in half. Spoon blueberry sauce over pancake.
