1. Heat butter in large skillet over low heat.
2. Whisk eggs, salt and pepper and pour into skillet. Cook and stir occasionally until eggs are set.
3. Add cream cheese and cover for 5 minutes. Stir until cheese is melted and eggs are creamy and soft.
