1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Beat eggs until foamy.
3. Add potatoes, cheeses, milk, green onion, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
4. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan.that has been coated with cooking spray.
5. Pour butter into crumbs and stir with fork until evenly combined. Sprinkle over egg mixture.
6. Sprinkle bacon over top.
7. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
