1. Spray small bowl with cooking spray. Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir with fork. Microwave for 40 seconds. Remove and stir. Return to microwave and cook for another 40 seconds.
2. Sprinkle cheese on top and microwave for 10 seconds more until cheese is melted.
