1. Preheat griddle at 375°.
2. In blender process buttermilk, wheat kernels and rice on high for 3 minutes.
3. Add cornmeal, butter, egg, salt and brown sugar. Blend for 15 seconds.
4. Add baking powder and soda. Blend for 10 seconds and let mix foam up and get light.
5. Make pancakes by pouring 1/4 cup batter onto hot, greased griddle. Cook until bubbles form around edges. Turn and cook on other side until golden brown.
