1. Heat oven to 300°.
2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
3. Beat together butter, oil, syrup and vanilla until smooth. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until well moistened.
4. Spread in two large baking sheets and bake for 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
5. To serve, place 3/4 cup into cereal bowl and cover with milk.
