1. Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Arrange 8 bread slices into dish, squeezing to fit.
3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Stir in strawberry preserves and chopped strawberries. Spread over bread in dish and top with remaining bread slices.
4. Whisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Sprinkle sugar over sliced strawberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. Heat oven to 375°.
7. Sprinkle nuts over top and bake for 55 to 60 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Serve with sliced strawberries.
