1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
3. Pour in whipping cream and fluff with fork until blended in.
4. Form into 12 balls with floured hands and place on baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray. Flatten slightly with fingertips.
5. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve with Raspberry Butter
