1. Measure 2 cups oats into blender and process until powdery.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and mix well. Stir in powdered oats.
3. Add dried fruits, if desired.
4. Store in air-tight container.
Directions for cooking:
1. Put 1/2 cup mixture in microwavable bowl.
2. Add 3/4 cup milk or water. Microwave for 1 minute.
3. Let sit for 1 minute until thickened.
4. Serve with additional milk and fruit or nuts, if desired.
