1. Spread 6 slices of bread with 1 tablespoon cream cheese. Spread remaining 6 slices with 2 teaspoons marmalade and sandwich together with cream cheese slices.
2. Beat together eggs, milk, flour and sugar and pour in shallow pan.
3. Dip each side of sandwiches into egg mixture.
4. Cook on hot griddle that has been sprayed with cooking spray until golden brown. Turn and cook on other side until golden brown.
5. Dust with powdered sugar.
