1. Whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
2. Whisk eggs, oil and milk and stir into dry ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto greased, hot griddle. Cook for 30 seconds. Sprinkle a spoonful of granola over each pancake. Continue cooking until bubbles form around the edges. Turn and cook on other side until golden brown.
4. Serve with maple syrup.
