1. Skin peaches and remove pit.
2. Chop in food processor or blender until small chunks.
3. Combine in large pot peaches, sugar and lemon juice.
4. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and continue simmering for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Pour into 4 pint jars or freezer containers.
6. Let cool and put in freezer.
